Classic Savory Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb boneless beef chuck roast
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup flour
1 packet Lipton onion soup
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 12 oz bottle of "good beer"
8 whole fresh garlic cloves
1 bag baby carrots
4 -6 medium Yukon gold potatoes quartered
3 cups hearty beef broth
1 fresh sprig of rosemary
Instructions
1. Mix onion ,soup flour, pepper and massage into entire chuck roast
2. Add oil to hot inner pot and brown meet on all sides while inner pot is heating on stone for 30 mins
3. Add remaining ingredients and cover with inner lid and transfer stone and inner pot to Rockpot, close and let the magic happen , cooking for 6-7 hours
4. When meat falls apart its ready to serve

Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:
Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
