Product can be returned to RockPot headquarters within 30 days of purchase. You must have an original receipt to complete your return. Items must be unused and unopened. Please contact us to make a return.

1) Package up your item in its original packaging. 

2) Provide your Order Number for faster credit, as well as name and email address. You can also include a print out of your order confirmation email.

3) Ship your items. You are responsible for return freight, any insurance and scheduling the pickup of your package.
