I received the bundle, and I’m glad I purchased this product. I used it once for a chuck roast stew, and my crew loves it. I can’t wait to take it camping.
Solid construction. Packs into space about size of a basketball. First test I did was heat stone on stove to 600F. Filled pot 3/4 with cold water. Set in 65F room for 12 hours. Water temp was 120F. Pot has “cooking” heat for about 1-2 hours, then it goes to warm mode. Perfect temp to wash with…. Starting with food at room temperature vs frozen is a good idea. Can replace stone for ice for excellent cooler.
Recipe book needs editing. It says to bake bread 1 hour, flip, then 1 hour. Ok. Then it says to cook 6-8 hours. Cut/paste error?
Excellent for soup/stew/chili…slow cooker. The bread per your recipe book came out perfect. Need to try biscuits and gravy. Baked potatoes failed, but perhaps they were too large. Made a bean dip in the lower and had chips with melted cheddar in the top…kids loved it…game night win. Excellent for chili cook offs, souper bowls, and potlatch because you don’t worry about food cooling during transport nor competing for a slow cooker outlet. Nice having hot dogs and warm buns at the ice pond. Saved money on road trips whenI already had a hot meal ready and don’t need to go to restaurant. Made a calzone…it was ok, but too much work for a single serving. It should work great for hot pockets. Going to try a moose backstrap roast next…..
I purchased the RockPot bundle, and just wanted to let you know how impressed I am. The build quality is absolutely superb. Every nuance, starting with the packaging and into the product itself is top quality. They could easily double the price. It rivals any commercial-grade high-end cookware that I own. Well done and highly recommended.
Haven’t had the chance to use the Rockpot yet, but our whom it was gifted too is really looking forward to having it for hunting camp. We may have to “borrow” it for our overnight rafting trips this summer on the Northfork of the Flathead River….
We love our Rockpot. The ability to take food camping and just across town is a game changer. I had inadvertently damaged my lid. I contacted customer support and was promptly contacted by Ryan,an owner, who took care of things for me immediately. I was great to have such top notch support for such a unique product! Thank you
We have made pot roast, chicken chili (both from recipe book) and our own beef chili recipe. All 3 meals were perfect! We used our stovetop to heat stone and ingredients as per directions and YouTube. We bought 2 more as Christmas gifts and can’t wait to take the RockPot with us camping and basic traveling. I appreciate that it’s not plugged in and very portable. Next on the menu is spinach artichoke dip!
Storage pod is great. I do have a question on the extra inserts - are they all suppose to fit inside pot? We put one in and no problem, but did not want to force lid with both in. Showed the unit to some friends and they are interested in it. Have not had a chance to use it yet - winter weather not suitable for camping !

We've used our Rockpot once so far and it worked GREAT.
So easy, prepped the food the night before. The next morning, while heating the stone on the stove top, we put the inner pot on top of it and threw the prepped food in to preheat.
After half an hour, we put the stone in the insulated pot and then put the inner pot on top, covered with the glass lid and closed/latched the cover and left it alone.
5 hours later, opened it up and had dinner, perfectly cooked!
The ROCKPOT worked very well. Cooked the food kept it warm and delicious.
I got my Rock Pot about a month ago and have made stew, soups, roast, and bread. Everything has turned out perfectly. I love that it is so versatile and requires no electricity. It’s an absolutely brilliant invention for the hiker, RV’er, camper, survivalist or even busy parents or professionals. Love, love, love it!
Only used it twice so we need to get busy to make it pay for us. The other two we bought is for our sons for Christmas.
This was soo easy and the flavor was soo good. 6 1/2 hours later we had an awesome tender cooked roast.
We have used it 3 times now works great . In recipe book you need to fix a sentence on Cherry dump cake I think where you wanted to say dump the cake mix and you put dump the peaches in.
This is a great product. So far I have only used my rockpot twice. Once for a pork roast and Once for a beef stew. Both came out perfect. I can't wait to see how homemade chili comes out next.
This pot makes the crockpot outdated. To prep it all in the pot you will cook it in and not worry about having something plugged in while you are gone or even cooking while traveling which a crockpot can’t do is amazing. Cleanup is easier than with a crockpot and keeping food warm during holiday gatherings is made simple. No need to have an outlet to cook or keep warm. The pros go on and on. This is a pot everyone should have.
Practically anything you can make in a crockpot, you can do in the Rockpot.
I made my first meal using my ROCKPOT the other day. We have an off-grid cabin in Colorado and as I was making breakfast I heated up the ROCK. I made Mississippi Roast and put the inner basket with potatoes, carrots and butter on top. My husband was guiding a fly fishing trip and I had laundry and errands to run in town (30 minutes away). Coming home to a hot delicious meal was AMAZING!! The clean-up was a breeze. I can’t wait to try something else. I would definitely buy again!!!
I live off grid with no electricity, no refrigerator, no water (I haul it in), and in a very tiny but cozy converted school bus. The Rock Pot changed my life. It was much easier for me to get off work and hit a drive-thru then it was to stop at the store, go home, cook in the already hot space, etc. with The Rock pot, I can purchase a large roast, cook it slowly, and then after the cooking is done and I have eaten my fill, I take out the rock insert and put ice in the bottom of the pot. Reheat, repeat, till it's gone. Brilliant!! Also it makes it very simple to take food to my church potlucks. It doesn't need anything ..food can cook during the drive! Thank you Rock Pot!
I have prepared and cooked two meals in the crockpot so far and it’s spot on and works like advertised. Our beef stroganoff was cooked and warm ready to eat 9 hours later..Perfect!
Using my pot 3 x’s week. Nice to have dinner ready when I get home and not have an appliance burning electricity
